Delighted. I lost another 5lbs giving me a stone and a half in 3 weeks! Really pleased!

Got 12 days left to lose half a stone before my 2 week planned break. Really hope I get there as I'll be down to 17 stone 12lbs, a weight I've not been for 5 years

Im just reading through all the posts on here and getting so motivated by everyone's success .. Keep tellining myself that there is not any reason I can't do it..although I'm finding it hard to lose weight since hysterectomy earlier in the year ..haven't tried a vlcd yet though so here's hoping lol x

well done Laura! Thats so good in 3 weeks. I have my 3rd weigh in on Wednesday and would love a good loss. My first 2 weeks were pretty good though so I am trying not to expect to much x

well done laura my third wi on wed, and im annoyed at myself as i havent been 100% more like 90% this weekend, if i was 100% i could have lost 5lbs! gggrrrrr. right you have motivated me, if im 100% from now i may loose 3 (fingers crossed!!) xx
