week two begins

Going to track my food on here to help me stay on track
Breakfast: 2eggs with chilli powder, scrambled in frylight.
Lunch: coffee
dinner: pasta n sauce (no milk or butter). Primula light cheese, mushrooms
using hea for my milk in coffee, and primula light cheese

Ok. Todays been a disaster!!
Had coffee using hea for milk.
Then went shopping in westfield and had a veggie meal from mcdonalds! No idea how many syns that iscso amm off to find out. I have my weekly syn allowance and deduct syns as i go. Not sure if anyone else does this but i find it helps if u have a bad day!
Ye it does, know i can minus off the syns i used and keep on track with whays left for rest of the week. Otherwise i judt think i bloen the day and feel a failure and give up! Bllody mcdonalds wadnt even that nice, no idea why i had it. Need to b more orgsnised

Ok.. Yesterday was an ok day, no syns consumed. Today has been ok. Had coffee for breakfast (i know rubbish) a banana for lunch. And for dinner i am having diced veg ( parsnips. Green beans, potatos, mushrooms ). Boiled then mixed with half a tube of primula light cheese yummmmmmm
Hi sorry for late response, has been hectic. Have just been made redundant on 30th septrmber and am job hunting. Dieting was easier when i was at work because i was occupied, am struggling a bit now on day 4 at home, need to find a way to stay motivated so i dont comfort eat!!!
