    So happy to report I have lost 5lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    i'm delighted! 1lb off my first goal :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
    Thats 22lbs gone in in 23 days!!! :)
