Well here's another weekend...hope I can stick to it 100%. Have a bday party today so know there is going to be so much tempting food there. I'm planning on taking some lunch and dinner, but will just syn the small slice of cake. It's the Costco cake, so not sure how many syns are in that and couldn't find out anywhere. Weekends are so tempting...so hope everyone's goes well!

best of luck with that :) i only started yesterday and am going to dinner dance tonight stayin in hotel :( so havent a clue what way to do it :( only meal i kno will be ok on is breakfast in morning! will have to study syn list and figure out wheather to have soup or what tonight, also wheather to drink vodka or wine, ! i drink both with sparkling water, but will have to work it all out later, i've only been out once since christmas so looking forward to it

any sugestions on how to do it well? i'm doing EE and and was thinking of having a ff breakfast & lunch as in bacon mushroom onion and beans , then breast of chicken salad with dressing.5 syn, and he a milk trou day, and then having my he brown bread with soup tonight and eating the dinner without gravey or butter? and saving all my syns for the alchol? what do u think?
