Had to giggle at the scan of your plan on page 1 of the thread though: 'Dinner: quorn sausage casserole. James Martin' :D

Also, i tried the rosti pizza but it didn't work out :( I couldn't get the potato to cook through properly so the inside was undercooked and still a bit sloppy, yeuch! Any tips?

Thank you :)
Maybe you had it too thick?? once i have sealed the base i then turn heat down to cook it with out burning it. then turn it over and repeat on the other side.
I then put the pizza with toppings under the grill, which also cooks it further.

Give it another go, cos it is yummy :)

Do you snack during the day or just eat exactly what is on your menu and your breakfast? :)

I have breakfast everyday - always cereal for one HEB with HEA. and yeah i'll snack on what ever i have got, fruit or Alpen bars/hi fi etc if i have HEB's and the syns i have left to be used on what ever i fancy :)

I write my meal plans out and are pinned on the kitchen cupboard, so i can see what HE's i am needing for meals ( eg the Tuna for mondays dinner) and what syns the pudding uses. then i can see whats left for me to munch on :)
