Here's my Monday - Friday plan.
Weekend (in fact whole of last week) was a bit of a write off lol :eek:

Monday (Extra Easy)
B - WM Toast (HEXB), Scrambled egg & Syn free onion chutney
L - Leek, potato and watercress soup
D - Chicken and chickpea tagine (1.5syns) and rice

Tuesday (Green)
B - WM Toast (HEXB), Tinned toms & Quorn sausage
L - Leek, potato and watercress soup
D - Vegetable curry and rice

Wednesday (Mix2Max - as away with work)
B - Fruit and yoghurt (in the car as leaving at 5.30am)
L - WM Bread (HEXB) sandwich with lean meat. Fruit
D - Packet pasta n sauce (as probably won't be home until 9pm)

Thursday (Red)
B - WM bread (HEXB), bacon & tomato
L - Turkey Salad
D - HM Donner kebab (1syn), Pitta bread (HEXB) & salad

Friday (Red)
B - WM bread (HEXB), bacon & tomato
L - HM Donner kebab (1syn), Pitta bread (HEXB) & salad
D - Chicken breast stuffed with philly (2syns), wrapped in bacon served with carrot and cauliflower
 
im having a go at making the syn free onion chutney today, gonna use it as xmas pressies if it turns out nice
 
It's really yummy. Tastes more like caramelised onions than a chutney really but still really tasty.
Not sure how long it would keep though that's the only thing...
 
if I like it, i'll make a batch nearer to xmas for the pressies :)
If i really like it, todays batch may not last very long....lol
 
I made half the recipe... and I can't see it lasting longer than a week to be honest lol!!
 
FAB thread - my SW falldown is always eating the same things and being totally fed up after two or three weeks. Be keeping an eye on this for inspiration!!! Keep it coming.
Oh and by the way, have you got a recipe for the syn-free onion chutney please?

This weeks menu plan

Monday
L - Carrot and coriander soup
D - Pizza (using tesco packet base 5syns each and HEA cheese) and wedges and veg
P - WW ice cream

Tuesday
L - Jacket potato with beans and cheese
D - Quorn/chicken curry and rice
P - Orange jelly and orange 'scones' - didnt have it last week

Wednesday
L - Mushroom omelet
D - Burger and wedges and veg
P - Lemon meringue

Thursday
L - potato and mushroom hash
D - North african chick pea curry and couscous
P - fruit and meringue

Friday
L - Quorn ham, egg and chips
D - 3 colour carbonarra
P - Rice pudding

Saturday
L - Chickpea dhal and rice
D - Lamb kofta with pita bread and veg
P - French toast and berries

Sunday
L - SW fry up
D - Lasagne and veg
P - Oranges in red wine
 
how are you going to make lamb kofta's? o_O

D - Fish and chips and mushy peas
P - Tropical fruit salad and meringue

Tuesday
L - Jacket potato and Quorn chilli
D - Chunky Minestrone with cheese
P - French toast and berries

Wednesday
L - Left over from last night
D -Chicken/quorn 'keiv' with LC blue cheese square an easy cheesy bake (off the SW callender)
P - Apple cake and polenta custard ( i am still using polenta as free!!)

Thursday
L - Ham, egg and chips
D - Spaghetti and meat balls
P - Pannacotta - flavour to be decided with what ever yogurt i like the look of!

Friday
L - Spaghetti carbonarra
D - *honeys special and veg
P - Baked apple ( in slow cooker! )

Saturday
L - Chickpea dhal and rice
D - Rosti Pizza with salad or veg
P - Syn free pancakes with strawberry jam and squirty cream :)

Sunday
L - SW fry up
D - Roast dinner
P - fruit and meringue
 
Hi *Honey..... I'm pinching carrot and corriander soup :) Yummy yummy! I'm loving soups at the moment, we have leek and potato for the beginning of the week :) Have a good week.
