Weekly Weigh-in Thread - Saturday 15th January to Friday 21st January

So last week we lost 245.25lbs - the weight of the world's tallest dog. (BBC News - 'Giant George' world's tallest dog ever)

We achieved a whopping 8.75lb average weight loss for 28 people. What a fantastic start to the new year!

This year so far, we've now lost 276.55lb between us, which is apparently the weight of a giant panda!

Let's keep this up, we'll have lost an entire zoo soon

So then lets start the week. Cybil please add my 15lbs to last weeks total, sorry I did not put it in but there are a number of posts with almost the same thing.

Nice one Mark . I didn't lose anything this week but last week I lost 9lb and it wasn't week 1 for me, so I think 4.5 per week is great, just a weird split!

Well i lost 2lbs this week. Normally id be dissapointed BUT considering ive had 2 WS days and 2 days of having milky teas when i was ill, i think ive done pretty well.....yay!
