Hi guys... not sure where to post this thread... so someone might move it if needs be....
After something said in a thread by BiB I decided to start this thread...so any ideas for the layout will be gratefully received!!!
The idea of the thread is for every member, if possible, to log their weight loss on a weekly basis for everyone to be able to log on and see most importantly what an amazingly quick way VLCD's work and also to keep up to speed on how everyone else is getting on!!! It is obviously not just for VLCD'ers, WW, SW, GI'ers all more than welcome too and any other diets being followed!!!
So my idea would be as follows:
this is only a sample...
Start weight:
Goad Weight: (whether short term or long term goal)
Week 1 - 7lb
Week 2 - 3lb
Week 3 - 3lb
etc etc and then maybe at the bottom
Present weight:
what do you guys think?? any ideas??
