    im not looking forward to it,

    had a bad week last week, i was told i was being made redundant, and i reacted as i always do under stress, i ate $hite.

    if the ammount of rubbish i ate could be measured in criminal acts..........
    im a serial killer.............and a bloody good one.:cry:

    (((hugs))) Aw Nemo, I am so sorry to hear about your job. No wonder you had a bit of a dodgy week. As much as you are dreading the weigh in, just think positive - you're doing well and we all have up and down weeks - especially when other things get in the way of our emotional well being. I don't think you should beat yourself up. Just take the gain (if there is one) and then try hard next week to undo some of it. You'll get there Nemo!! (((more hugs)))

    Everyone has those weeks where sticking to plan just isn't feasible.
    What you mustn't do is feel bad about what you ate; under the circumstances it's definitely understandable!

    As many members on here say, draw a line under it and start afresh from now! :D xxxxxx

    Aww I am so sorry to read of your redundancy hun. I can understand why you ate too. Im a comfort eater.
    You can stop this from escalating though. Be in control of your eating, give yourself something to focus on. It can be done.

    Big hug over redundancy. Not surprised you struggled with that on your shoulders.

    But now you need to be brave and strong - face the scales and your class even when you know you've not done well. They'll support you and your hard work, don't let it slide and lose that fab 1 & 1/2 stone loss you've already achieved.

    As you already know, the best thing is to stop beating yourself up, draw a line and get back on plan. Its not the end of the world. Go to weigh in. What the scales read is just a number. Just get back on plan and think positive huni. Otherwise you'll keep travelling this terrible sprial which i'm sure most of us know well.
