I just go in my work clothes which are generally light suit trousers and a light top. I don't see the point in changing into anything lighter the odd time I can as it'll just show as a 'gain' the following week when I can't change. Over 6m/a year clothes weight's don't add up to that much so it doesn't matter what you wear. You'll only really notice it if you wear jeans occasionally as they can weigh up to 2 lbs

I get weighed in my mums house so stand in her house stakkers in the hall lol. When I used to get weighed at a group i wore light black trousers and my lightest top. Wore the same thing every week. I also used to take my watch off and rings.. Oh dear :) But I always go to the loo before getting weighed. You just never know lol..

I try to wear the same thing. T-shirt (lovely last winter) and light cotton trousers.

Weighed my jeans, just out of interest you understand, and they weighed nearly 2 lbs!!!

I always try to find something really light... I dig out linen skirts out the back of the wardrobe and linen tousers and vest tops lol! even down to my bra, I stand and weigh them in my hands before I put one on.. lol

However i'm thinking of having a restart this week. So might chose something I can wear every week thats the same.

Yay, i knew i'd not be the only one to choose the lightest clothes for WI! I even went braless this morning, just wore a tight black tank top thingy, every little helps hehe.

Lost 2.5 lbs btw, a stone and half a pound in 3 weeks!

I used to weigh in in my jeans every week so it was fine because I was doing it every week. Then I had a bad week so went in lighter clothes and now I'm scared to go back to wearing my jeans hehe oops!
