weighed in before I should have

I was very naughty yesterday had to go pick up glasses for me for the first time wasnt impressed and treated the kids to a mcdonalds...BIG mistake! I couldnt resist felt majorly guilty lastnight then hubby commented my tummy looked a bit slimmer anyway I thought he was imagining it but today couldnt resist the urge to weigh in when my usual weigh in is saturday anyway I was suprised and elated to see ive lost 5 lbs!!!
Words cant describe how happy I am and im hoping come saturdays weigh in maybe I might get an extra 1lb off.
If not then it doesnt matter im just so pleased Ive managed to get some off after not losing anything last week.
I feel so positive much more than I did at the start lol and reading everyone elses posts really has kept me going and kept me motivated!!

great new cherrysabs, should be a good week for you then! try not to go on the scales any more though as your body weight goes up and down every day its best to leave it for just once and then won't get disappointed before weigh in and blow it ( past experience talking here lol)

Gosh I feel so much more motivated and feel like its all been worth it I swear all theese 6 pints of water a day is helping.
Lol I know what you mean, sometimes I drink so much water I feel like a huge water bed!! But it does work, even if it just stops you from being too hungry.
