Weight gain during Period

I've been doing the lipotrim for three weeks now and lost nearly 2 stone. But I started my period last week when I was 11st 5lbs and I've suddenly put on a load of weight :sigh:. 4lbs to be exact. Has anyone else had this problem? How easily does the weight come off after?

Yep... Its just your body holding water hun... I have exacty the same thing going on at the mo.... Its disheartening but it will drop off next week hun!! : ) x

the same for me this week, probs only lose about 1lb this week even thaty, the scales are showing a gainf for me mid week :-( but fingers crossed itll come off next week x
