The only advice I can give is, that you may retain water once a month. This might be it

It's not just about being within the syns. Are you drinking enough? Are you having a third speed foods? Make sure you don't miss out on your healthy extras, and don't forget to weigh and measure certain ingredients (sauces, cereals & milk etc) too

try not to be disheartened. stick to it and see what the scales say next week. I always find I gain when I don't drink enough water. x x
