I have now lost 18.9 pounds in 1 month. Biggest losses I have ever had with all the varied and different diets I have tried. I pray I keep it off. Thanks everyone for all ur messages. Although not directly relating to me reading through everyone's stories and journeys has really helped. Together we all can shift the excess!!

thanks all. This place actually really helps keep me going. My family who haven't seen me in months saw me yesterday and were proud of what I had managed to achieve. Thanks a lot u guys. As I always say we can all do it.
