Weight Loss Targets ?

    I notice everyone has "targets" at the bottom of their signatures. I thought if i made my own targets then this would give me some motivation! However im not sure what realistic targets should be?

    By Monday I want to be 16 Stone, or less. I have made what i think should be targets, losing a stone every 5 weeks? however im not sure if this is realistic? or if it will be too much?

    I have also put being a size 16 by July. I have no idea how to make a target for this though? I am currently anything between an 18 & 22!

    28/02 - 16 Stone
    04/04 - 15 Stone
    09/05 - 14 Stone
    12/06 - 13 Stone
    11/07 - Size 16
    18/07 - 12 Stone


    Can anyone help? :wave_cry:
