I've lost 14lb in two weeks (and im on my period) Is this normal/healthy? I know it's a fabulous amount but I'm wondering if it's sustainable when I refeed?!
Don't worry hun 4lb will be water (mine was) so I've lost 10lb of fat which is amazing you'll probz only loose a few lb this week n maybe 2-3lb the next 3-4lb a week is average after week 4 so your doing fine! Keep it up xx
