Weight watchers simply filling plan

    Hi, was wondering if anyone has tried simply filling plan as was thinking of trying it. Apparently u fill up on healthy filling food and you also have your 49 weekly pro points. My leader can't get any info till next week so was wondering if anyone could give me any tips, I've got ww online but not alot of info about sf on there. Thanks :)
