Evening everyone could someone please tell me how many syns a weight watchers tomato soup & a weight watchers chicken soup is please? I don't get home from work until 9pm on a Monday so trying to figure out a quick dinner, I'm going to do a red day so thought I'd have one of these (as they're already in my cupboard) with whole meal bread as my 2nd B hex
Shop bought soups do not qualify for a free food allowance so its a straight 1 syn per 20 calories. Most are pretty high but WW will be lower in syns. If you can manage it would be better just making your own
