Hello! I've been going to weight watchers for years now! Came on here a while ago for new ideas and advice with the new (ish) Propoints system. My weight loss has been quite poor recently so I'm trying new tactics every week!
I lost about 2.5 stone a year ago, a stone has crept on. I've been good for 3 weeks, tracked everything but only lost the odd half, which is better than putting on, but I expected more. I've had a week of being a bit more relaxed, see how that goes!
I go to class and love it. The advice and tips is great, just need to work out how PPoints can work best for me!
