Welcoming Ketosis

    Well after whinning on here yesterday and getting thru it by the support of people on here - I have hit day 3 and it only dawned on me while ago that I have had no headache today at all or feeling of hunger - so I must have hit Ketosis. I have never really had the symptoms bad before whilst getting into ketosis but this time OMG - I can honestly say I dont want to go thru that again.

    Im so glad to be in day 3 and not have broken it last night so thanks everyone....

    Today I made out list of clothes that I can get rid of each week - cos I wont be wearing them again (I love getting rid of things especially clothes - its more of a buzz) cant wait to start my list next week... yippee
