    Awwwww thank you! I've never lost big since starting this diet I've lost 3 stone 8lbs, but it's been 3 or 2lbs per week with only one other 4lb week before this one (I've been on it 17 weeks) so I'm really thrilled! XX

    Well done...Thats the beauty of this diet you can suddenly have a bigger than expected loss...Look at mine all over the place.
    I've also found that the weeks I don't lose much are the weeks when people notice and clothes get looser...ie I've lost the inches!
    Good luck for next week..Stay positive and keep focused on the finidhing line
