Morning all, working from home today, so I will get a bit more cooking in today! Red day today as I have WI tomorrow

B: 2 eggs fried in frylight, bacon medallions
MM: banana, nectarine, pomegranate & grapes with a vanilla muller light
L: Shallot & herb hamburger, roasted courgettes, onion & bns with thyme
S: apple
D: Quorn piece korma, rice (HE B)
S: Baked apple with mincemeat (HE B), tbsp of vanilla yoghurt

Hi Steph

Just looked at your menu and rice isn't a HEX B choice on red. Only pasta is! Thought I would tell you before you eat it! You will need to syn rice if you want it with your curry.

Thanks for that, how odd, I probably just assumed!! I think I will substitute potatoes in my curry for an HE B.
