Lunch: 2 slices bread HEXB 2 eggs scrambled, Hartleys lime jelly (1.5syns)

Tea planned: Thai curry consisting off, batchelors golden savoury rice, mange tout, baby corn, red pepper, red onion, chicken, red paste (2syns) ww vanilla yoghurt. chicken stock cube.

Fun size choccy bar (5 syns) Apple.

Hi dinner sounds yummy I'm starting back on slimming world Monday come join my new diary I need all the support I can get! How are you getting on?
 
Got my head back in gear on Tuesday, been stuck around the 10/11 stone mark for ages and holiday gain was 12.5lb , need to give it 100% and get back to making progress to target, I have been messing about and back to my old habits of hiding food, binging then starving. Will look for your diary now, good luck!

Breakfast: Banana and Muller Light.

Lunch: Hex B ryvita crackers and Hex A laughing Cow Extra Light Triangles with cooked meat and tomato, Apple, SF Jelly

Dinner: Bacon Egg Mushrooms tinned toms and New Pots, WW Yoghurt

Syns fun size milky way and 2 for the jelly.

Today

Breakfast, Muller Light, Apple, Banana

Lunch: Hex B Ryvita and Hex A laughing cow, tomato and cooked meat

Tea: Homemade burgers with steam veg.

Got to go to shops as run out of fruit.

Syns will be one x fun size choccy bar again.
