    Hi,

Bit of a long shot but I was wondering if anyone's eaten at the Westfield Shopping Centre? Three of us (all on SW) are going there tomorrow and there seem to be so many lovely places to choose from. We usually have Wagamama whenever we go out but was wondering if anyone had tried anywhere at Westfield a bit different that had things low in syns?

I am determined to get that stone award next week so not doing anything to jeopardise it! :superwoman:

    Thanks

The only thing I have had to eat at Westfield was the low-fat green tea frozen yogurt from the stand on the ground floor, which was really delicious.

I go to Westfields a lot and usually end up having Wagamama too, I've not eaten there since starting SW though. I'd probably recommend Yo Sushi, Nandos and a salad place called Tossed, it appears you can make your own salad there so you can pick the bits that suit you most. I reckon those places would be pretty SW friendly.

Hi, thanks for the replies. We did see the frozen yogurt stand and intended to go back there in the afternoon but forgot all about it :sigh:

I didn't see Tossed but that sounds like a great idea. We ended up having Wagamama as usual as we all love it. I have no idea how many syns are in it but it's all so fresh tasting it can't possibly be that bad for you :p I always have ginger chicken udon and don't have any other syns that day as I know the noodles are stir fried. I've eaten it loads and it doesn't seem to have affected my weight loss. Only problem is I always have to fight the urge to order the coconut ice cream for pudding :(

Going to put my very tired feet up now. All that body magic better have helped for Tuesday!
