Hey. I took home one of the nutritional info sheets from spoons and put in on syns online, as I always have this when I go and was actually rather shocked, about 13!!

so If I was on a green day and had the chicken as a HEXB it would be less syns??

I Would assume so yes, probably remove 6 syns if it was the chicken noodle one

Thank you i thought so its just confusing me atm, i'm away next week and well say if i were to have a jacket potato(without butter) beans and salad(i'm on green) would that be ok or would i have to syn it? Sorry might seem a little dull but not quite worked out if anything we havent prepared ourselfs gets syned :D
