I've looked at all the comments etc about spoons noodles but no one has actually said what the syns are, I'm doing SW at home so don't have access to the website

so if anyone knows please tell me

Hey. I took home one of the nutritional info sheets from spoons and put in on syns online, as I always have this when I go and was actually rather shocked, about 13!!

 

so If I was on a green day and had the chicken as a HEXB it would be less syns??

 

I Would assume so yes, probably remove 6 syns if it was the chicken noodle one

Quick question on green would you be able to use the noodles as free?

 

The syn value quoted in that thread will already take into account any free food allowance

 

Thank you i thought so its just confusing me atm, i'm away next week and well say if i were to have a jacket potato(without butter) beans and salad(i'm on green) would that be ok or would i have to syn it? Sorry might seem a little dull but not quite worked out if anything we havent prepared ourselfs gets syned
