I was just sitting here reading through some old posts, trying to make sure I am not missing any tips, and some of the things I read made me realise how wonderful you all are.

Always there with an answer, or support and sympathy. Considering it is a cyber club, it really is great to see the real friendship coming through.

Well, we're all in the same boat and have very similar problems with food and eating and trying to lose those surplus pounds. It really helps to be able to talk to others who truly understand x
