What am I doing wrong?

This is my first post. Looking for some moral support really!

Been doing WW for over a year now. Initially I did well and lost 1.5 stone. Then I took some time off from going to classes and put the weight back on. Lately my weight seems to be going up and down like a yo-yo. For two weeks running I've gained! It just seems like I'm getting absolutely nowhere. Felt like crying on the scales in class today. I've been staying within my points, am quite active, drink 2 litres of water a day etc. I'm just wondering if using all the 49 weeklies is affecting my weight loss?

Any help/advice/tips/support greatly appreciated! Have about 3 stone to lose!

I exercise a lot and kept gaining. My leader told me to definitely eat all weeklies if I exercise which I have been and I've lost in the last 2 weeks since. Up your water and track/weigh like its your first week :) hope this helps x
 
Thanks for your reply. Yep, definitely tracking like the first week today. It's just so frustrating when you stand on those scales and nothing has changed or changed for the worse!
