What are we eating today?

Okay so today... Due to a hospital appointment i cannot eat or drink for the next 6 hours so my day is as follows:

Breakfast: Strawberry Shake
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Nothing :(
Snack: Nothing :(
Dinner: Pork Chops with veg :D
Snack: Strawberries :D

I'm an hour into not being able to eat and i'm starving!
 
Struggling a bit today


B- Shake, expresso and highlights
S- cereal bar
L- shake
S- Snack a jacks
D- birds eye cheese ravioli,chicken and maybe some mix veg if need be.
 
Today might be a 3 shakes and 2 snacks day. I am desperate to lose my next two pounds because I then become overweight. Yay go me! Gosh, it comes to something when I am over the moon to be overweight but it sure beats being obese. Have a good day all. x
 
Okay todays menu:

Lunch: Chocolate Shake
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Roast Beef with veg

Today is my nephews 1st birthday so i'm off round to see him tonight. No doubt i will indulge in some birthday cake, it would be rude not too!
 
B: Nothing, I had stuff to do and completely forgot about it
S: 7up (105 cals or so)
L: Shake
S: Quavers
D: Chicken ceaser salad, maybe with some couscous (I have some in that I need to use up, not sure how nice this will be though!)

D- Cheese ravioli ( didnt have it yeaterday) with veg
 
Today was:

L: bacon sandwich (mmmm)
S: quorn lamb thingy and veg with a spoonful of gravy.

But omg that quorn thing was disgusting. One small bite and I spat it out - how can you eat that stuff?? I'd rather have nothing. So I've got a few cals left which might turn into choccie (bad girl).

S: Quavers (I LOVE that they're under 100 cals, so delicious)
L: Salad, with fruit salad
D: Chicken with noodles and salad
S: Porridge

Been a pretty good day, I think!

S: Jelly (everyone raves about jelly being under 100 cals, gonna give it a go!)
D: Chicken ceaser salad

Snacks: cupasoup, options choc drink, lots of squash.

Ive been having light lunches the last few days instead of shakes and i have to addmit it i like it! lol

today

B-shake and highlight mocha
S- yogart
L- slima a soup and walkers FF
S- cereal bar
D- duno yet... im thinking noodles with quorn mince chucked in.

D - quorn 'steak' with bulgur wheat salad and green salad

Snacks - not sure, maybe banana, and cottage cheese
 
Today was an attempt at kick starting my weight loss again. I remember that on LighterLife you only have 500 cals a day so today I have just had 2 shakes and lots of diet drinks. I am not going to make a habit out of this (I don't have the willpower anyway) but can't see that it will harm once a week if I eat well on the other days. On Tuesday I weighed 202.00 lbs and today I weigh..... 202.00 lbs. So in order for me to not give in, I have to try to register a loss. And I have been so good - not over 1000 cals each day.
 
I had the weekend off, had a takeaway yesterday, ate 'properly' in work on Sat (despite posting my plan on here!) and yesterday, and have put on something like 0.2lb this morning. Wooooo.

So I'm being a bit stricter this week, todays plan:

B: Shake
L: Salad (my mum is taking me out for lunch, which could well be a disaster but I will stick to a salad!)
D: Jacket potato and tuna
Snacks: Tea, possibly some porridge
 
Well today didn't go exactly as planned, but not too bad.
B - chocolate/coffee shake
L - pasta and tomatoey-beany sauce from Ikea
D - Maxitone shake

Snacks - haven't had any yet. Will try to keep it low because I've no idea how many calories were in the Ikea meal. Although it wasn't a massive portion, it wasn't creamy and it wasn't oily, so I think it will be OK.
 
'Ello lovelies, how are we all doing?
I was up all night last night ..err...visiting the toilet :eek: Something I ate yesterday obviously didnt agree with me! So I feel awful today, I didn't sleep much and my stomach still hurts :(

Today's plan:
B: None, didn't get up in time!
L: Shake
S: Quavers
D: Tuna salad with pesto (no idea if the pesto bit is a good idea but hey, I'll find out!)
S: Strawberry porridge

D - Quorn meatballs with "Good for you" bolognaise and wholemeal spaghetti
S - Strawberries
