What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

    Similar to the "What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?" and "What are you using your Syns on today?" threads, I thought it would be a good idea to share what we're using our Healthy Extra's for.

    After a discussion at group a couple of weeks ago, it seems that quite a few of us get stuck in a bit of a rut with Healthy Extras and eat the same thing every single day. It can be a good idea to mix things up a bit, so some inspiration might help.

    I'll start:

    HExA: 3 x BabyBel Light
    HExB: 2 x Rocky Road HiFi Light

    HeA: 60g Kerry Low Low Cheese spread, for vegetable risotto :)
    HeB: WW petit pain
    HeB: Hifi bar (doing a green day do having 2 B's!)

    EE today and I'm having

    HEA - 30g cheddar
    HEB - one hifi light rocky road and one yoyo bear

    I had a green day and used:
    Hex a- semi skimmed milk
    Hex a- 45g light cheddar cheese on my baked bean lasagne
    Hex b- weetabix
    Hex b - 2 small slices wholemeal bread.

    Having a green day and will be having

    HEA - 375ml skimmed milk
    HEA - 2 slices of lowlow burger cheese and one babybel light
    HEB - Wholemeal pitta bread
    HEB - hifi deluxe

    HExA: 45g Reduced Fat Cheddar
    HExB: 5 x OatBran

    Green day

    HexA: 1oz chedder, and skimmed milk for coffees
    HexB: x2 alpen light bars

    My day ended up being Green, so I had 2 x Rocky Road HiFi Light as my second B choice! Yum :)

    today is green again

    HEA-375ml skimmed milk
    HEA-30g cheddar
    HEB- ww petite pain
    HEB-2 rocky road hifi lights

    HExA: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
    HExA: 45g Reduced Fat Cheddar
    HExB: 30g Chocolate All Bran
    HExB: 30g Chocolate All Bran

    My HE tend to be the same most days

    HEA is always my skimmed milk allowance for the day

    HEB either 2 x wholemeal bread from 400g loaf or 2x Rocky Road HiFi bar

    HEA- Milk

    HEB- porridge
    HEB-wholemeal bread

    really excited as we finally managed to get hold of some extra lean mince, so going to try the babybel burgers

    so my Healthy extra's today are

    HEA - 2 babybel light and 1 lowlow cheese slice
    HEB - wholemeal roll

    Today I've had semi skimmed milk and 30g cheddar, then for my b's I've had 1 weetabix and 1 hifi light, and planning a hifi belgian for later! Green day!

    HEB-two hifi lights rocky road
