What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

How Many hex a and b are allowed on EE and Green days please ? I seem to be a little confused. I am currently doing

EE
HEX A - 350ml Milk
HEX B - 2 Weetabix daily
 
30g cheddar & berry bakewell bar :)
 
2 slices of whole meal bread & philly light
 
Green

HEX A - Red Pepper & Chilli Low Low Mature Cheddar Spread
HEX A- Babybel Lights

HEX B - Porridge Oats
HEX B - Ryvita
 
Red

HEX A - Cheese
HEX B - More Cheese!

HEX B - Porridge Oats
HEX B - 2 WM Nimble Bread
 
Hex b - hifi berry bakewell

Hex a-

Really struggle to get my a's :(
 
I'm having a Red day today, so double HEx's...

HExA: 60g Red Pepper and Chilli Low Low Spread
HExA: 40g Grated Low Low

HExB: 35g Porridge Oats
HExB: 6 x Finn Crisp
 
Green day - just what I need on such a miserable day, especially after my run this evening

HEA - Skimmed milk
HEA - low fat cheese
HEB - Porridge
HEB - Hifi bar
 
I'm on an EE day but have messed up a bit by oversleeping so not having time to make the free breakfast I was planning!

HEb - Hi-fi Berry Bakewell (for brekkie)
HEa - Splash of milk in a cup of tea + 60g philadelphia light with my jacket potato for lunch.

Going out for dinner tonight, so a bit worried, but we're going for Thai, so hopefully can find something very low syn!
 
Extra Easy for me - I haven't tried the Red or Green yet.

HEx a - semi-skimmed milk for my tea and coffee
HEx b - 1 slice kingsmill tasty wholemeal bread for toast with my eggs and bacon breakfast.

I'm missing my bread :sigh:
