What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

I usually use my HE is it b? for milk but could i include flora light spread as a HE rather than syn it if i don't use my milk allowance

No its not a healthy extra, its your A choice you'd use for milk and its for calcium, there wouldn't be enough calcium in the flora light to count as a HEA. I don't use spread so not sure how many syns it is.

Not decided on my A choice. Bs are 40G Brie (Still find it weird how it's a B lol!) and a ciabatta roll.
 
HE a - cheese for my cheesy bacon chips for tea
HE b - whole meal bread roll for my homemade burger also for tea tonight

My first ever fake away night :)
 
40g reduced fat grated cheddar (does it matter if its extra mature rather than mature?) for Tacos tonight :)
2 Alpen light bars to snack on throughout the day (I find they help me reaching for chocolate or biscuits)
