HeA: extra light dairylee triangles & alpro chocolate milk
HeB: bread for French toast... Not sure on a 2nd one yet!
 
If I am having yogurt and nuts as a and b hex's how much of each can I have?

yes, it's no fat yogurt, no they're not honey roasted nuts.

Okay, when it comes to generic nuts, is there a difference when it comes to the healthy b then? Okay well is there a difference between weight of pistachio, cashews and peanut, is it different between salted an unsalted?

Had 2 slices of Warburtons wholemeal bread and my A choice depends on what mum is doing for dinner- hoping its a jacket potato so I can have cheese :)
