What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

I had HEA - 28g cheese
HEB - 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread.
 
45g mozzarella for pizza tonight :)
2 Alpen light bars
 
Hmmm... I'm thinking either 2 Babybel or 40g reduced fat cheddar and most likely 2 Alpen light bars
 
Very boring - 250 mls semi skimmed milk and 2 alpen light bars
 
HEA Babybel lights
HEB Ryvita Fruit Crunch
 
I'm being boring again and I've had HEA - 1 cup of 2% milk
HEB - 2 slices of 100% Whole Wheat bread (I love that stuff, it reminds me of weekends at my nan's lol!!)

HEA - skimmed milk
HEA - 2 laughing cow extra light blue cheeses and 20g low fat cheese
HEB - 2 ryvita sweet onion and 1 ryvita pumpkin seeds and oats
HEB - 2 rocky road hifi lights
 
40g reduced fat cheddar and 2 Alpen lights
 
Green:

HeB: 2 slices of wholemeal bread for toast (400g loaf)
HeA: Can't decide!! Wish there was an icecream you could have... lol. Probably some cheese :)

I can never quite bring myself to have 2 HeA's or 2 HeB's on Green and Red days... I'm so used to Extra Easy! It always feels like I should add the syns....
 
I'm having a Red / Success Express day today.

Making chicken "parmo" for tea which will use both my A & B choice.

Second A is going to be milk for a hot chocolate later, and second B will be a HiFi bar of some sort :D
 
A 300ml 1% milk in my hot drinks & cereal
B was a wheetabix and a rocky road hifi light, geez those things are so so good

Buy a 400g loaf of wholemeal bread :) You can have 2 slices as a Healthy Extra B.

Healthy extras: Green!

A - 100ml of skimmed milk and 20g of low fat cheddar
B - a wholemeal roll for a qourn burger :)
