What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

Hi dougal, how do you make your rice pud? I am having the blue almond milk at the moment and the allowance is 875 mls! :)
Hi! I usually use about half of my allowance, short grain rice, cook it until it gets thick, stirring frequently, takes about 20 mins, then I stir in sweetener and cinnamon and serve :)
I usually put a tbsp of golden syrup (2.5 Syns) in :)

Wow 875ml is a lot of milk!

Had 20g of cheese so just going to Syn 25ml of skimmed milk (0.5) :)

Thanx 4 the info! I thot it wasn't included anymore but wasn't quite sure. I don't think I'm gona worry bout it while I'm pregnant tho, I'l wait til after the baby's born when I'l need 2 b much stricter wif myself! lol! :D
