What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

I split both of mine today.

EE

A - 125ml Koko coconut milk + 30g low Low cheese spread

B - 1 Weetabix and 3 wholegrain ryvita.
 
hex A 1 babybel light and a dash of ss milk in a coffee
hex b 5 scanbran
 
EE day
A - 75g Philly light
B - HiFi deluxe
I usually use B as a HiFi bar with a cup of black coffee in the evening so that I can get my chocoalte fix & save my syns for any little extra's throughout the day.

HExA: 250ml semi skimmed milk

HExB: 35g porridge oats
HExB: 1 x HiFi
 
I just used both of mine on lunch, and I like to use them either for Breakfast or Lunch.

EE

HeA - laughing cow extra light cheese triangles (I've only used 3 of the 6 I'm allowed at the moment. Probably use the rest later in the day)
HeB - 2 x slices wm bread
 
I'm on EE and, having tried breakfast couscous for the first time today, still have both of mine to use. Most probably though it'll be

HExA - 30g parmesan on my Spinach and Bacon pasta this evening
HExB - Special K dark chocolate chewy delight. Only discovered these a few days ago and MAN, they good! They totally sort out my chocolate craving of an evening - and only 4.5 syns if you've used your HEx!

A- 175ml whole milk

B- 2 Weetabix (2 Syns for the choc)
B- 2 Alpen light bars

Went all day with none, so had

30g cheddar on my bolognese for dinner.

Now just debating what to have for my B, as have run out of Special K chewys. Oh dear! :rolleyes:

HEB - porridge
HEB - hifi bakewell


I was planning on having milk in my drinks for a second HEA.... but at the moment really don't fancy any hot drinks so might just stick with 3 HEX's today
