HEA2 - 45g feta

HEB1 - 30g weetabix chocolate spoonsize
HEB2 - not sure yet, probably a Special K chewy delight for my pudding this evening :)
 
HEB = All bran golden crunch

HEA = Half of milk allowance and the other half Low fat cheese maybe or rest of milk in a pasta n sauce with the water

Heb 1 - 1 slice of hovis 800g wholemeal bread
Heb 2 - WW petit pan

HExA: 200ml KoKo chocolate milk

HExB: 4 x Ryvita original
HExB: HiFi
 
HEB = All bran and banana

HEA = Semi skimmed milk
