Hi Dougal, hows the maintaining going? Are you managing to do it OK?
It seems to be working- I've been at target for 5 weeks now and so far have: STS, STS, - 1/2, STS, + 1/2 so I think I'm getting the hang on it!

Having an extra B choice does seem to be helping
 
That sounds good. I bob up and down a couple of lbs but I am delighted I have stayed at target for so long. Being on the social team really helps although technically I dont have to weigh in every week, I do. So to have stayed in target for so long and get weighed every week as well, got to love S W. :)
 
Yes I find being on the social team helps, and I'm now a consultant, so got no excuses!!
