What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

HEX B - 2 weetabix

Used so little think may start to syn milk and have something else for A.

HEX A - 30g cheddar
HEX B 1 - 2 weetabix
HEX B 2 - 2 Alpen lights
 
Hiya just wondering how much of WW grated cheese i'm allowed for hea? :)
 
A - Half Skimmed Milk, Half Parmesan Cheese
B - TBC, but either 2 Ryvita Fruit Crisp or 2 Rocky Road HiFi Bars

A- 175ml whole milk
A- light mozzarella (can't remember how I much I'm allowed?)

B- 2 choc Weetabix
B- 2 Alpen light bars
