What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

EE (maintaining):

HEX A: 300ml 1% milk
HEX B 1: 2 weetabix
HEX B 2: Hifi deluxe bar.
 
Extra Easy - HEXA: 250ml ss milk and HEXB: 30g Crunchy Chocolate All Bran (mixed with a Muller Coconut + Vanilla Greek Yogurt - 1/2 Syn and topped with sliced banana because 30g is a pathetic amount on its own!!). Very tasty. :D
 
Sorry if this is the wrong place 2 b askin but..... can anybody tell me how many mls of the Apro unsweetened almond milk can b used as a HX please? Many thanks in advance! :)

I'm not sure, you can have 300ml sweetened and I think you get a little more unsweetened... I'm sure someone else will be able to help a little more

EE - SS milk and a wholemeal bread roll to accompany a Taste the Diff Beefburger with West Country Cheddar (combined) from JS at 4 Syns each.

A- 40g reduced fat cheddar

B- 60g wholemeal roll
B- HiFi choc orange bar

Am doing EE and trying the scan bran challenge which is to have 5 scan bran per day. I did it for 5 days last week abd lost 3lbs.
My healthy extra today is scan bran with grilled tomatoes and 2 with banana & yogurt.
My A is 350ml skimmed milk
