Red

A- 175ml whole milk
A- 40g reduced fat cheddar

B- HiFi choc orange bar
B- 60g wholemeal roll
 
SE
Hex a - 30g cheddar
Hex b 1 - 35g bitesize shredded wheat
Hex b 2- hifi deluxe
 
SE today:

A- 175ml whole milk
A- 350ml skimmed milk

Bx2: 2 HiFi choc orange bars

80g cheese - 2 hea - on top of a mushroom and pasta bake with 2 eggs cooked in the oven

1 weetabix white choc bar
30g All bran golden crunch (with Shape ff yoghurt on - perfect if you are pre menstrual and need a sweet fix)
 
Green today.... I missed having the 2 B's yesterday as I did EE!!

So either way I'm having:

A- 250ml ss milk

B x2- 2 HiFi choc orange bars

I have had Asda Ready Oats - does anyone know if they're definitely a HexB? I'm unsure as they have porridge oats and oat flour in. :)
 
EE today (I like mixing it up a bit- I just have to remember which plan I'm doing before I hit the HiFi bars lol)

White bread is so much better, but I'd want more than one slice and I can't be trusted with white bread lol so I don't know if I'm going to buy it or not
