What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

I used both of mine for breakfast this morning - 2 weetabix with 200ml Koko chocolate milk :drool:

Sort of a mix today (Red day):

Hex a - 15g cheddar & a little milk in 3 coffees
Hex b- alpen light x2
Hex b- 200g new potatoes

1 slice of whole meal bread (1/2 HEB)
1 alpen light choc fudge (1/2 HEB)
1 laughing cow light triangle and a few mouthfuls of soya milk (approx 1 HEA)
133g of potato wedges to go with my turkey burger and salad (1 HEB)

NOM!!

One of the WW bread rolls that you bake yourself.. Tasty with syn free soup.
 
2 slices of wholemeal bread for my bacon and egg sarnie
2 alpen light bars
cheese in my homemade coleslaw
