Hi everyone x can anyone tell me if I can count any amount of dried raisins & nuts as a HEx? ( think this could b wishful thinking & might just hv 2 syn the 50g I've just eaten?) thanks in advance x L x

Looks like raisins have to be synned but nuts are a hexb on green days,depending on what type and how many
