What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

I have always used mine in the same way - skimmed milk and porridge/cereal, although since I've had my son I've swapped to whole milk. I can have far less than skimmed but I don't use anywhere near as much so I still get my 4 cups of coffee from it and feel really healthy!!

I tend to be quite consistent with mine too but am gonna try be a bit more adventurous :)

Hi hun x been the same with mine for AGES: bran flakes, ryvita, milk & laughing cow. However, since being on here I'm starting 2 get a lot more ideas: eg alpen light bars (can hv 2 as 1 HEx! & use them as a base for free cheesecake or a pudding topping) x need 2 hv a look in my books again 2 c what else I can hv x

Thanks for the replies :) I think I'm going to try a few different things... I've never tried the alpen light bars, may head to the shop this evening and hunt them out!
Keeping to the same has seemed to work OK for me, but will be nice to see if varying makes a difference... Also, I don't want to get stuck in a rut and be someone who only eats certain things... time to break the habits :D


Today's healthy extras:
Porridge oats (same old!)
Ryvita minis (huzzah, a change!)
Milk (can't do without it!)
Other HExA TBC!!! But will probably be cheese on my bolognese ;) )

Green day:

HeA: 40g low low grated cheese
(have only had 1 cuppa and will only have 1 more tea with milk so will syn them..water and green tea have been my other drinks)

HeB: 60g whole meal roll and an alpen bar later on too :)
