What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

Oh, just remembered! I haven't used any yet and don't need any for the meal later either! Other half isn't in until eight o'clock so it's off to the kitchen I go to do a quick cheese on toast! Thank goodness for this thread!! :D

I did that the other night. Added some tom puree and chopped onion to make 2 pizza toasties. Love this 'diet'!!! :)
