HE A: 40g Reduced Fat Cheese
HE B - Small Wholemeal Pitta

I noticed someone put Salt and Vinegar Ryvita Minis as a healthy B? I didnt know you could have these!! I absolutely loveeee Crisps and these would be a good substitute if there aloud? Please tell me they are? :)

Yup. As listed on the Slimming World website, a 30g bag of Ryvita Minis (any variety) counts as a Healthy Extra B.

Also, can I just be nosy and ask what small wholemeal pitta you're having today. Do you know that only the Weight Watchers wholemeal pittas can be used as a Healthy B? Any other brand / variety will need to be Synned.

B, Oaty bar+ chocolate monster stix

I'm thinking the B choice is ok because it totals 6 syns!
