What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

I would love to but I just don't have the time, I leave my house by 6:50 am and I would rather the extra 10min in bed... :(
When I'm on half term - I work in a school, I take full advantage of the extra hours in bed and therefore the different breakfasts
 
What about making egg and ham muffins or frittatas? Then they're easy to have in the morning. You could make a fruit salad the night before too to have as well :)

We'll I tried the pancakes... And it was a failure so I went back to the usual! Maybe tomorrow when I do success express I'll be able to change my ways

HExB: 2 slices of warburtons wholemeal 400g loaf.

Not very adventurous but my HExB made for some lovely soldiers for with my dippy egg... yum!
