What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

Uft, just realised that I didn't have ANY healthy extras today. Trying to decide if I should have them now, even though I don't particularly want anything else to eat, just forget about them, or be naughty and have them tomorrow (as well as tomorrow's). :(

Hexb - slice of wholemeal bread (800g loaf)

Hexb - not decided but likely hifi bar
Hexb - "" and some bread. 400g loaf
 
A - 40g reduced fat cheddar
B - Alpen light (Cherry bakewell & Chocolate and Fudge)

A - 30g Parmesan
B - Weetabix Oaty Bar (the chocolate one)

A - milk on a latte (skimmed)
B - 2x hifi light bars
