What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

35 g of porridge
500 ml of koko dairy free milk for porridge and my mashed potatoes tonight
(am hoping this the same as almond unsweetened as similar in cals) otherwise I seriously overdone it?

Hexa - 250ml semi skimmed milk
Hexa - 4 x laughing cow blue cheese triangles

Hexb - 30g weetabix crispy minis
Hexb - 2 x wholemeal bread
 
Does anyone know if you are allowed Oats so simple as a healthy extra?

Only the sachets of Multigrain oats so simple. The others are either the wrong quantity or have too much sugar.
 
Healthy Extra A - SS Milk (250ml)
Healthy Extra A - Cheesestrings X2

Healthy B - WW 50/50 Pitta
Healthy B - Still got this spare, might use it as 1 TBSP oil tonight for my tea. (Fry some chicken :) )
