No need to do a forum search for the Baileys hun, here's the recipe and it's really good...even DH loves this one lol xx

Bailey’s with a lot less syns.
2 Syns per 25ml (shot glass)
    Makes about 1 Litre

    Ingredients
    1 Tin Light condensed milk
    1 Pint Elmlea Light Cream
    6 Medium Eggs
    1 Tablespoon Camp Coffee
    200ml Whiskey

    Method
Whisk eggs in a large bowl
Add condensed milk and whisk again
Add Cream and coffee and whisk again
Add whisky and give a final whisk
Bottle and keep in fridge- will keep for up to 6 weeks.

Blimey, a pint of Elmlea? condensed milk and whisky?! Wow!
It seems to add up to about 1/2 as much as a normal bailey's. I dont think Id be keen on keeping fresh beaten eggs in the fridge for "up to 6 weeks" though!

I was the same at first, but it is still perfect after 6 weeks, maybe the alcohol preserves the eggs lol and I have just noticed that should read Elmlea light so will adjust now and you are right, it is half the syns of real Bailey's x

Well tbh I dont think it would be 'allowed' to stay in my fridge for 6 weeks :D

Pure for healthy &safety reasons of course... ;)
