What BMI do you need to do your CDC training?

    I don't think I'm going to be able to maintain my weight loss (when I get there, it won't be for a long time!) without CD. I mentioned this ti my CDC last night who mentioned doing the CDC training, but I didn't ask what BMI you needed before going for it, anyone know?

    I think its 28 to start your training.

    And before you ask they dont measure and weigh you in the door for the training, ofcourse if you look obviously heavier they will probably realise you are not under 28.:D

    Thanks all! Like I said, it's a long way off, and hopefully having a baby at some point inbetween now and getting to my goal BMI.
